Information we may collect

Depending on how you use our website or contact us, we may collect information including:

  • your name and contact details;
  • information you send to us in emails, website forms or other correspondence;
  • information relating to enquiries, orders or services where applicable;
  • technical information generated when you use the website, such as IP address, browser information and security logs;
  • cookie and website-preference information; and
  • marketing preferences where you have chosen to receive communications from us.

We do not intentionally collect more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
  • provide products or services that you request;
  • administer our business relationship with customers and suppliers;
  • operate, maintain and protect our website;
  • detect or prevent security problems, fraud or misuse;
  • comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and
  • send marketing communications where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

Under UK data-protection law, our lawful bases may include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent, depending on the purpose for which the information is being used.

The ICO says privacy notices should identify the organisation, purposes of processing, lawful bases, recipients and retention arrangements. ICO

Who we may share information with

We may share personal information where necessary with service providers that help us operate our business, such as:

  • our website and business-system provider, including Odoo;
  • website hosting, email and IT service providers;
  • payment, delivery or transaction providers where applicable;
  • professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers; and
  • regulators, public authorities or law-enforcement bodies where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Where a service provider processes personal information outside the UK, we take appropriate steps required by applicable data-protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or where we are required to retain it by law.

For example, correspondence may be retained while an enquiry or business relationship remains relevant. Financial and tax records may need to be retained for longer periods to satisfy legal requirements; UK companies are generally required to retain relevant tax records for six years from the end of the accounting period to which they relate. We periodically review information and delete or anonymise it where there is no longer a reason to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:

  • request access to your personal information;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of information;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain uses of your information;
  • request portability of information in certain circumstances; and
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact:

If you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commission (ICO). The regulator formally became the Information Commission on 30 September 2026 but continues to use the ICO name.
